I am offering online therapy in California. I am able to practice telehealth with some states outside of California. Please inquire if you are a non-California resident and are interested in working with me.

I usually meet with clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the mornings & afternoons.

Sessions are 50 minutes. I typically meet with clients on a weekly basis. I am open to shifting the rhythm of our sessions after we have met for approximately 3 months. This time allows us to build rapport and establish our therapeutic relationship.

Cancellations can be made with two business days notice. I am open to rescheduling sessions depending on my availability during a given week.

My fees are $225 for individual sessions and $250 for couples sessions. I do offer an equitable sliding scale for my clients. I can provide more information about this during our consultation call.

I do not take insurance, but I am able to provide superbills for our sessions. Superbills are similar to itemized receipts. Depending on your insurance and your plan, you may be able to receive reimbursement for our sessions. You will have to confirm with your insurance provider if they are able to cover “out of network” therapy providers.

If you want to work with a SWANA therapist, and there is a shortage of SWANA providers in network with your insurance, you can ask for an “out of network benefit exception,” and be reimbursed for out of network therapy.
